Established in 2014

Established in Newport, Gwent in 2014 we
were formally Top Barks Limited until March 2020
when we streamlined our business structure
(i.e we made doing the accounts each year easier!)

Our Goal

We want to help you help them. Sometimes the
smallest of changes can make the biggest differences
in our dogs lives but knowing how to train a dog,
or solve a behavioural issue, can be a minefield for
owners. There's a huge amount of conflicting advice
available but we ensure that by keeping our knowledge
up to date enables us to give the best advice and all
whilst keeping the welfare of your dog in mind.
At no point will we advise that you use harsh or
out dated methods to train your dog.

Cheryl Walker, Trainer and Behaviourist

As a child I wanted to be a vet but life takes you off in
other directions and after a 20 year successful career
in sales I made the decision to embark on a second
career working with dogs. I soon found a fascination
with canine behaviour which led me to retrain as
a canine behaviourist.

Besides me, Huck loves people and chicken
the best. People with chicken are absolutely
the best thing ever.
